Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brock Lesnar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liam Raines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesnar comes to the ring accompanied by brock lesnar theme. Liam Raines will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brock Lesnar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Liam Raines!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Raines looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Raines looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Liam Raines seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Raines with a poor takedown
and Lesnar counters with a good low kick that Raines was not able to check.
Lesnar fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Raines avoids it really well and circles away.
Raines tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Lesnar counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.

Lesnar looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Raines!
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Raines is looking to reverse the position.
Raines regains half guard, as Lesnar was trying to land strikes.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Lesnar drops an elbow to the side of Raines's head.
Lesnar wants to control but Raines is keeping him busy.
Raines has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Lesnar is working away from the top position though.

Lesnar wants to work for an arm triangle but Raines is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Raines is staying active underneath Lesnar, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Raines keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Raines has one foot on Lesnar's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Raines tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lesnar defends well and Raines ends up having to push Lesnar into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Lesnar tries for a takedown. No joy.
Raines lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Lesnar on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Raines connects with a knee to the head.


It looks like Brock Lesnar has been cut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Raines lands an elbow just above Lesnar 's eye.

Raines gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.


Brock Lesnar's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Raines scores with a shoulder strike.


Jeez, Brock Lesnar's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
