Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Joe Barbaro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jared Kincaid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barbaro kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Fight - Future World Music. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbaro dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kincaid. That did some damage!

Kincaid tries to close the distance and clinch up but Barbaro swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Kincaid throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

and Barbaro counters with a three punch combo that has Kincaid backing up. Kincaid nods at Barbaro to acknowledge the strikes.
Jared Kincaid seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Barbaro is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
Barbaro is positioning himself well to prevent Kincaid advancing to mount.

Barbaro is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Araba Fenice, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Kincaid stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Barbaro to get to his feet.

The fighters circling - Kincaid throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Kincaid will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That was a close round but I would say that Joe Barbaro will probably get the nod.
