Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jerry Moore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Billy Rumble!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Chris Dean and John Mangel.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

It looks like Jerry Moore has been cut.

Rumble moves into the clinch.
Moore jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rumble walks away with a smile on his face. Moore gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
A jab from Moore finds it's way through Rumble's defenses.

Moore darts in and clinches Rumble up against the cage.

Moore pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Rumble shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Rumble is looking for a kimura but Moore is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Rumble to get the leverage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Moore slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Rumble trying to stand up but can't free himself from Moore's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Rumble looking to pass the guard.
Rumble is fighting to break Moore's control of his arms but Moore is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Moore is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Moore will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Moore is working an open guard so Rumble takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Rumble goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Rumble lands a shoulder strike.
Rumble displaying some good clinch control by pressing Moore up against the cage.
A short right from Rumble.
Moore jumps guard but Rumble stands there with Moore around his waist. Moore gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Moore is trying to pull guard but Rumble has him pressed against the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jerry Moore. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Rumble escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Rumble misses with a series of wild punches.

Rumble shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Moore manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Moore is rocked!
Moore keeping moving, preventing Rumble from controlling successfully.
Oh Moore is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Moore can't keep his opponent in guard - Rumble advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Rumble really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Moore. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Rumble is pressing down on Moore's thigh, looking to free his foot. Moore is holding on for now.
Rumble landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Rumble is working for a submission of some sort.
Rumble wants to take a breather but Moore is having none of it.
Rumble is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Moore is hurt! He's hurt bad - Rumble fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Moore from any more punishment! Congratulations to Rumble! Great finish!
