The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manjos misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Vitalik Manjos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Manjos closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Manjos lands in his opponent's guard.
Manjos wants to stand and escape but instead Truvaro has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Truvaro wants to pass the guard but Manjos is keeping the position.
Truvaro is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Truvaro is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Manjos is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
