Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mahmud Magomedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Strike (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mahmud Magomedov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jordan Strike!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Valeri Chadov and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strike feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Magomedovs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Strike bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Magomedov tries to clinch but Strike is having none of it.
Magomedov on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Horrible takedown by Magomedov or perhaps it was just good defense by Strike which made him look bad.
Magomedov fails with a takedown attempt.
Strike clobbers Magomedov with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Magomedov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Strike manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Strike dips to his left and cracks Magomedov with an uppercut!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Magomedov fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mahmud Magomedov. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Magomedov fails to land with a series of punches.
The fighters circle momentarily. Strike darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Good standup being displayed there by Strike as he connects with a hook.
Strike works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Strike uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Magomedov has time to react.
Strike scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Strike showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Magomedov.
Jordan Strike is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Magomedov with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Strike to score with a decent uppercut.
Strike lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

Magomedov is rocked!
Strike fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Magomedov out cold! Brutal finish!
