The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dantes misses with an uppercut. Reid saw that one coming.
Reid swinging wildly here.
Reid displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Dantes waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Reid.
Reid uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Dantes.
Reid defending well as Dantes loads up on a big left hand.
Reid's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Reid duly obliges.
Reid moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Good standup being displayed there by Reid as he connects with a hook.
Reid will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Reid tests Dantes's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Dantes looks to land a left hand but Reid moved out of range nicely.
A jab from Reid does it's job there.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Reid throws a right and a left that Dantes avoids nicely.
Reid scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Dantes gets the takedown into side control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Dantes's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
Reid is looking to get back to his feet here but Dantes is keeping cool and he's managed to take Reid's back.
Dantes lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Reid hold on?!

Reid won't enjoy being in this position. Dantes looking for the choke. Oh... he's slipped the arm under the neck - Reid is tapping - it's over boys! Dantes picks up the submission victory!
