Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Isaac Hetfield!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Konstantin Menshow and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hetfield is looking to clinch.
Gummidge dives in for a single leg takedown but Hetfield sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
I was talking to Gummidge's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Hetfield tries to circle away but Gummidge has him pinned against the cage.
Hetfield has Gummidge pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Gummidge manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Hetfield drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Gummidge gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Hetfield can't get the takedown.
Brian Gummidge has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Isaac Hetfield.
Gummidge lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Gummidge manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Hetfield throws a big elbow that misses.

Hetfield has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Gummidge to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Hetfield is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Gummidge pulls down on the head and he's put Hetfield to sleep! This one is all over!

A relieved looking Brian Gummidge thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
