Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Slatko Matic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mochi Takeru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takeru throws a lazy uppercut
and Matic counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Takeru throws a looping overhand right but Matic ducks down to avoid it.
Takeru gets cracked there but stands up to it.

It looks like Mochi Takeru has been cut.
Takeru walks into a stiff left hand from Matic.
Takeru doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Takeru's corner calls for a 1-2. Takeru obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Takeru misses with a hook. Matic ducked under it nicely.
Matic connects with a looping right hand.
Takeru feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Matics jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Takeru tries to keep at a distance but Matic has taken the fight into the clinch.

Matic escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Takeru throws the left hand but Matic avoids the punch easily.

Matic lands a slapping body shot.
Matic catches Takeru with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Matic throws a nice inside leg kick.

Matic moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
The fighters circling - Takeru throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Takeru jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Takeru throws a hook but Matic avoids it easily.
Takeru walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Takeru loads up on a big right hand but Matic slips the punch.
Takeru takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Takeru is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Matic.

Takeru throws a hook but Matic avoids it easily.

Takeru takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Takeru throws a shot from downtown. Matic moves away and avoids it.
Takeru might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Takeru misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Matic.
Nice uppercut lands for Matic. That snapped Takeru's head back.

The cut above Mochi Takeru's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

and Matic holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Still in the clinch, Matic scores with a nice short uppercut.

Matic breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Takeru throws a hook but Matic avoids it easily.
A slapping leg kick lands for Matic.
Nice uppercut lands for Matic. That snapped Takeru's head back.
Takeru misses with a jab to the body
enabling Matic to counter with a crisp jab.
Matic digs a good body shot into Takeru's ribs.

Matic jabs Takeru right on the nose. Takeru blinks but takes it well.

Mochi Takeru's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Takeru looks to throw the jab but Matic is out of range.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Mochi Takeru's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
