Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Fry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Roger Salmon and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Smith misses with a jab, cross combination.
Smith falls off balance throwing a combination
and Fry counters with a leg kick.
Fry looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
A punch combination from Smith misses.
Smith throws a right and a left that Fry avoids nicely.
Smith will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Smith shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Smith has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Smith lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Fry wants to hold on but Smith pushes him away.
Smith is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Fry can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Smith postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Fry in real trouble here! The ref calls for Fry to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
