Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pope Fish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drew Peacock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Peacock is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bring The Noise by Public Enemy & Anthrax. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pope Fish!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Drew Peacock!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peacock wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Peacock connects with a crisp jab.
Peacock throws a body kick that misses.
Fish pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Fish blocks a leg kick.
Fish slips a jab from Peacock.
Peacock keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fish attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Peacock catches Fish with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Fish jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Peacock moves into range and connects with a jab.
Fish misses with a hook. Peacock ducked under it nicely.
Peacock scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A looping hook to the body misses from Fish. Peacock does a little dance to reset his feet.
A clash of legs there as Fish blocks the low kick.
Peacock jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Peacock throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Fish on the side of the head.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Jab by Peacock.
Peacock has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Peacock lands the left hand.
Peacock scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Fish attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Peacock is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Peacock with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Fish takes one to the chin there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fish throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Peacock uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fish.
Sloppy strikes from Peacock. Those never looked like landing.
Nice body kick from Fish.
Peacock fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Peacock does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Peacock takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
The fighters circling - Fish throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fish takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Fish throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Peacock connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Fish's hands.
Peacock fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Peacock connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Fish momentarily.


Fish is rocked!
Peacock looks to land a right hand but Fish moved out of range.
Oh Fish is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Peacock throws an uppercut from hell that sends Fish clean off his feet! He's out cold! Peacock stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Drew Peacock!
A very excited looking Drew Peacock made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
