Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arne De Rick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Micah Newell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Arne De Rick has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Arne De Rick seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Rick throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
De Rick lands a head shot.

It looks like Micah Newell has been cut.
De Rick pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Newell looks to land a combination but De Rick avoids it well.

and De Rick counters with a left and a right that hurts Newell! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! De Rick jumps into full mount!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Newell can't escape the position.
Newell bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Newell slips nicely into half guard.

Newell is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Newell is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but De Rick still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, De Rick has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

De Rick stands up and we're back to a striking position.
De Rick connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Newell to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by De Rick!
