Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bus Rotten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larsen Simonds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Simonds looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Simonds shoots in but no luck this time.
Rotten tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Simonds paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rotten dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Simonds. That did some damage!

Rotten lands a head kick. Simonds smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Simonds closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Rotten to the mat! Rotten manages to get full guard.

Simonds slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Simonds decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Rotten buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
A left lands for Rotten.
Rotten tries a head kick but it misses.
Rotten throws a sloppy head kick

and Simonds holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Simonds wants the takedown. Rotten is fighting it off but Simonds persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Rotten's guard against the ropes.

Larsen Simonds showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

The fight stays on the outside here - Rotten looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Simonds fails with a takedown attempt.

Simonds takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Rotten lands with an uppercut that bounces Simonds off the ropes and back into rage.

Rotten escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Simonds shoots in but Rotten avoids the takedown attempt easily.

and Rotten counters with a big head kick but Simonds shrugs it off.
Rotten connects with a high kick.

Simonds fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Rotten sprawls well initially but Simonds persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Rotten wants to get back to his feet.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
