Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between ILja Muromets (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gim Allon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muromets comes to the cage accompanied by Krec Паром через. Gim Allon told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

23 - 18 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, ILja Muromets!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
21 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gim Allon!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allon shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Muromets counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Allon shoots in but Muromets avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Allon's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Muromets connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Allon scrambles back to his feet.
Allon closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Muromets to the mat! Muromets manages to get full guard.
Allon wants to control from the top but Muromets keeps moving.
Muromets utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Muromets has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Allon avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Allon is in close to Muromets's body, working some short punches and elbows.

Muromets lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Allon!

Muromets swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Allon is now in Muromets's guard. A big mistake from Muromets there, giving up the dominant position!

Muromets is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Allon to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Allon shrugs it off.

Muromets wants to control the pace but Allon is squirming around nicely.
Muromets tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Muromets stops Allon from getting back to his feet.
Muromets seems to be working for a kimura but Allon defends the submission attempt.
Muromets wants to work for an arm triangle but Allon is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Muromets closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Allon to the mat! Allon manages to get full guard.

Allon manages to escape and get back to his feet!

Allon tries for a takedown but Muromets sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Muromets throws a left and a right that both miss
and Allon counters with a left to the body.
Muromets takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
It looks like ILja Muromets has been cut.

Allon moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Muromets closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Allon did well to prevent Muromets getting side control.

Muromets is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Muromets looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Allon is staying active underneath Muromets, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Muromets slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Allon is trying to control the position but Muromets postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Allon pulls out of a head kick attempt.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close second round but I would say that ILja Muromets will probably get the nod.

Allon arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Muromets's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
