Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rafael Dos Anos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Piletich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Piletich has chosen Manowar-King of Kings as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Piletich lands with a hook. Dos Anos tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Piletich shoots for a double leg takedown but Dos Anos sprawls well. He's pushed Piletich's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Dos Anos throws a solid leg kick but Piletich takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Dos Anos.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Dos Anos goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Piletich has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Dos Anos but great work by Piletich.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Dos Anos wants to slow Piletich down by chopping away at his legs.

Piletich looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dos Anos with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
