PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Danny White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Gelardie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gelardie has chosen domination by pantera as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Danny White has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Danny White seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Gelardie manages to avoid it.
White doesn't manage to clinch there - Gelardie circles away.
White misses with a straight left.
White looks to score with a jab to the body but Gelardie is just out of range.

Gelardie stops White from passing to mount.
White wants to control but Gelardie is keeping him busy.

White wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Gelardie, who protects the arm well.
Gelardie is trying to escape the position but White is controlling the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gelardie can do anything to dispel that myth.

Danny White decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Ryan Gelardie spoke after the fight, saying 'well shit....guess theirs a 1st time 4 everything lol '.
