Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Drunken Hermit!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Ilouve Tehcocks!
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Winston Alpacca and Peter Branson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hermit shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tehcocks as he avoids it easily.
Hermit dives in and grabs Tehcocks's left leg, looking for a takedown. Tehcocks pushes down on Hermit's head and hops out.
Hermit shoots in and bounces Tehcocks off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Tehcocks tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Hermit landing with the ground and pound.
Tehcocks is looking to stand up but Hermit isn't so interested in that idea.
Hermit postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Hermit working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Hermit's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Tehcocks is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Hermit postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Tehcocks covers up, he's hurt! Hermit keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Hermit and the ref steps in to end the fight! Hermit can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Drunken Hermit!
