The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Houle drives through with a takedown into guard.

Miller told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

We've been hearing good reports from Houle's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Houle remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

That was a close round but I would say that Devin Houle will probably get the nod.

Houle throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Miller's waist but Miller gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Houle off to one side.

Houle stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Miller.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Houle displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Miller throws out the jab.
