The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Hoo, right into the meat.
Comatan misses the jab.
Hoo moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Hoo connects with a right hand. Comatan shakes it off.
Comatan steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Hoo. That one must have hurt.
Hoo moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hoo ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Comatan throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Hoo dodges the punch combination from Comatan.
Hoo throws a nice inside leg kick.
Hoo scores with a kick to the midsection.

Hoo throws a sloppy head kick and Comatan moves out of range easily.

and Hoo counters with a low kick, right behind Comatan 's knee.
Hoo scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Comatan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hoo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Hoo moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Comatan throws a hook but Hoo blocks it.
Hoo lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Comatan takes one to the chin there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Hoo lands with a thumping leg kick.

Hoo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Comatan paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Hoo lands a nice shot that snaps Comatan's head back.

Comatan is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Comatan walks straight into a right hand from Hoo - that's dropped him! Hoo jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Comatan from any more punishment! Comatan complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
