Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brandom Wellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Loki Fenrir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Brandom Wellis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Loki Fenrir!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Glass and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fenrir fails to land with a series of punches.
Fenrir uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wellis.
Wellis misses with a straight right.
A telegraphed right hand from Fenrir misses the target.
Wellis throws an off balance right hand
and Fenrir counters with a nice double leg into guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Fenrir stands up from Wellis's guard - Fenrir perhaps looking for a knockout.
Fenrir lands with a nice combination. Wellis backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Brandom Wellis has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Wellis misses with a body punch
and Fenrir makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Wellis takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Wellis misses with a straight right.
Fenrir tries to bum rush Wellis with a series of wild strikes but Wellis uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Wellis throws a lazy uppercut
and Fenrir counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Fenrir.
Fenrir breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wellis connects with a good right hand that stumbles Fenrir. Fenrir circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Fenrir throws a hook but Wellis avoids it easily.
Fenrir lands a slapping body shot.
Wellis misses with a two punch combination.
Fenrir changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Fenrir throws a right and a left that both miss.
A swing and a miss from Wellis.
Wellis is breathing heavily.
Fenrir will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Fenrir lands a really nice looking cross but Wellis seems unphased.
Good exchange - Fenrir coming out on top.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wellis bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Fenrir lands with a good body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fenrir misses the shot to the body.
The fighters circle momentarily. Fenrir darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
A combination from Wellis does no damage.
Fenrir listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Fenrir connects with a nice looking jab.
Brandom Wellis's cut is getting worse.
Fenrir punishes Wellis's body with a nice straight punch.
Fenrir drops Wellis with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Wellis looks back up at him and smiles so Fenrir waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Wellis is rocked!
Fenrir cracks Wellis on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Wellis falls backwards against the cage. Fenrir follows up with more strikes that drop Wellis to his knees. Fenrir keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Wellis! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Loki Fenrir!
