The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panarskij shoots for a takedown but Mcmahon saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

and Mcmahon counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Mcmahon.

Mcmahon escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mcmahon throws a head kick but Panarskij moves out of range.

Panarskij rushes Mcmahon and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Mcmahon managing to block the knees to the body from Panarskij.
Mcmahon lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Panarskij gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Panarskij wants to control from the top but Mcmahon keeps moving.

That was a close round but I would say that Billy Mcmahon will probably get the nod.

Horrible takedown by Panarskij or perhaps it was just good defense by Mcmahon which made him look bad.
