Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Reggie Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nikola Veljanovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Nikola Veljanovski!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Coleman closes this distance looking for a takedown but Veljanovski circles away.
Veljanovski tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Coleman manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Coleman tries to bum rush Veljanovski with a series of wild strikes but Veljanovski uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Veljanovski moves in looking to clinch but Coleman pushes him off.

Coleman has control of Veljanovski's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Veljanovski regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Coleman goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Veljanovski turns into him and now he's in Coleman's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Coleman wants to get back to his feet but Veljanovski is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Reggie Coleman.
