Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Dawson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bubba Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Slice is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Happy. Bubba Slice has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice moves in looking to clinch but Dawson pushes him off.
Slice blocks a head kick by Dawson.
Slice cracks Dawson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Dawson gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Dawson lands an elbow inside that Slice shrugs off.

It looks like Bubba Slice has been cut.
Slice tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Dawson avoids it.
Slice wants to take the fight to the mat but Dawson manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Slice is looking for a takedown.
Dawson lands an elbow just above Slice 's eye.
Dawson is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Dawson tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Dawson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

That was a close round but I would say that Mike Dawson will probably get the nod.

Slice shoots in for a double leg but Dawson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Dawson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Slice trying to mount his opponent but Dawson defends it.
Slice is nestled in close to Dawson, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Dawson is looking for a sweep. Slice is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Dawson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Slice is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Dawson defends it well.
