Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alfa Uros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scotty Nguyen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Uros might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dirty Diana. Alfa Uros has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
25 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Alfa Uros!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Scotty Nguyen!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nguyen wants to land a leg kick but Uros is out of range.
Nguyen throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Uros counters with a big head kick but Nguyen shrugs it off.
Uros fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Nguyen sprawls well initially but Uros persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Uros prevents Nguyen from improving his position.
Uros is looking for a kimura but Nguyen is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Uros to get the leverage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Uros decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Uros drives through with a takedown into guard.
Nguyen wants to stand up but Uros is controlling him.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Nguyen can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Uros controls the pace.
Uros drops back looking for a leg! Nguyen is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Nguyen manages to kick Uros off! Uros jumps back into Nguyen's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Uros scoring with some ground and pound.
Uros stands up and waves to Nguyen to follow him.
Danga de danga de dang - Uros scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Scotty Nguyen has been cut.
Nguyen thows a left - swing and a miss!
Uros misses with a takedown attempt - Nguyen sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
A left and a right from Uros both land. Nice combination.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nguyen gets caught napping as Uros dives in and scores a takedown. Nguyen manages to retain guard.
Uros's corner is telling him to maintain position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Uros gets to his feet. Nguyen looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Uros moves into the clinch.
Uros tries to pull guard but Nguyen forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Nguyen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Uros has him pressed against the cage.
Uros's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Nguyen misses with a hook.
Nguyen looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Uros closes the distance and clinches.
Nguyen is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Uros is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Nguyen can't fight it off and eventually Uros manages to take the fight to the floor. Nguyen looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Scotty Nguyen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Uros tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Nguyen defends well and Uros ends up having to push Nguyen into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alfa Uros. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A right hand to the body from Uros.
Nguyen takes a knee to the side of the body.
Nguyen looks winded!
Uros jumps guard and drags Nguyen to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Uros looking for a triangle here. Nguyen is fighting it but it looks tight! Uros pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Nguyen is tapping out - this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Alfa Uros!
Alfa Uros spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
