The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Ryder does no damage.
Ryder avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Ryder gets a double leg takedown into Cummings's guard.
Cummings might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Cummings can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ryder controls the pace.
Cummings knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ryder on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Davis Ryder.

Ryder changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cummings looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
