FaceBreaker has chosen Divine Heresy - Facebreaker as his entrance music. Buster FaceBreaker has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Don Carlton!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Buster FaceBreaker!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Bruno Hogan and Francis DeMontford.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
FaceBreaker is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Carlton.
FaceBreaker blocks a jab.
FaceBreaker thows a left - swing and a miss!
FaceBreaker scores with a body shot.
Carlton has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
FaceBreaker scores with a nice body kick.
FaceBreaker scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Carlton is breathing heavily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Carlton avoids a punch combination nicely.

FaceBreaker sends Carlton crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! FaceBreaker is motioning to the referee to let Carlton up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!


It looks like Don Carlton has been cut.

FaceBreaker moves into the clinch.
FaceBreaker slows down the pace here.
FaceBreaker has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Carlton is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

FaceBreaker's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Carlton looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
FaceBreaker working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Carlton.

FaceBreaker preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Carlton with a flurry of punches that miss.
FaceBreaker will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Carlton prevents FaceBreaker from getting back to his feet.
FaceBreaker really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carlton. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Carlton throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
FaceBreaker has Carlton pulled in close to control his posture.
FaceBreaker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Carlton postures up in FaceBreaker's guard and throws a big left but FaceBreaker blocks it.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if FaceBreaker can do anything to dispel that myth.

Carlton wants to pass the guard but FaceBreaker is keeping the position.
Carlton might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Carlton throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
FaceBreaker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Carlton has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Carlton trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Carlton wants to control from the top but FaceBreaker keeps moving.
Carlton slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
FaceBreaker throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
FaceBreaker tests Carlton's chin there with a solid looking shot.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
FaceBreaker dances in with a quick combination. Carlton is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from FaceBreaker snaps Carlton's head back. Carlton stumbles backwards against the cage. FaceBreaker steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Carlton's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Carlton just didn't come prepared.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Buster FaceBreaker!
After winning the bout, Buster FaceBreaker thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
