Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raimo Rento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Short Stuff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stuff has chosen Go fuck your dead mother as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stuff checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Rento throws a right hand that Stuff ducks under and follows up with a left that Stuff also avoids with ease.
A slapping leg kick lands for Stuff.
Stuff connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Stuff instigates a clinch.
Stuff is trying to break the clinch but Rento has him pressed against the cage.
Rento working aggressively here.
Stuff tries to work over Rento's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Rento is pushing Stuff up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Rento blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Stuff prevents a body shot from Rento.
Stuff takes a shot to the head.
Rento misses with the head strike.
Rento lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Stuff or not.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Rento.
Stuff lands a body shot.
Rento misses with a hook from the clinch.
Stuff lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Rento backwards.

Stuff tries to work over Rento's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Stuff slowing the pace effectively.
Rento lands a hook that snaps the head of Stuff backwards.

Rento lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Stuff breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Rento throws a big shot that misses.
Rento throws the left hand but Stuff avoids the punch easily.
Good leg kick by Stuff there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

and Rento counters with a head kick that drops Stuff to the mat! Stuff scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Stuff is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Stuff lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Stuff throws a looping overhand right but Rento ducks down to avoid it.
A nice inside leg kick there by Stuff. That's going to slow Rento down.

Stuff scoring well with a low kick there.
Stuff slips under a jab from Rento.
Rento swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Rento throws a good cross that connects.
Rento throws a low kick, looking for Stuff's leg but Stuff calmly moves out of range.
Stuff is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Rento connects with a nice looking jab.
Stuff lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Stuff throws a head kick that misses.
Rento uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Stuff has time to react.
Stuff with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Stuff tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rento manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rento uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Stuff.
Rento wants to slow Stuff down by chopping away at his legs.
Stuff scores with a leg kick.

Stuff feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Rentos jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
A slow jab from Stuff misses its intended target.
Rento uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Stuff scores with a spinning back kick!
Rento scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Stuff throws a body kick that misses.
Stuff tries a low kick but Rento avoids it.
Rento looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Stuff takes one on the button.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Stuff pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
It looks like Rento has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.
Rento steps in with a hook that catches Stuff right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Rento follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Stuff looks absolutely devastated.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Raimo Rento!

A very excited looking Raimo Rento made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
