Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Super Hans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pat Small (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hans comes to the cage accompanied by Hans being Hans. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Super Hans!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Pat Small!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Hugh Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A swing and a miss from Hans.
Small throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Hans misses the shot to the body.
Small connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Hans circles away from the clinch attempt

and Hans decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Small's guard.
Small tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Small is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hans cracks Small with a solid left hand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hans lands a couple of elbows.
Hans trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Hans throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Hans passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Hans is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Small knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Small is trying to get back to his feet.

Hans thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Small can't do much from the bottom here.
Small is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Hans is controlling him well.

Hans is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Small has escaped the position, nice work there.

Hans lands a few punches from side control.
Small is looking for a sweep.
Hans has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Small looks to move to half guard but instead Hans has passed into mount! Damn!
Small felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Hans misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Hans controlling the position easily from mount.
Hans tries to control but Small wriggling away.
Small wants to control but Hans is having none of it.

Small keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
A nice elbow there by Hans.
Small is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Hans lands a big elbow.
Small tries to buck Hans off but he can't manage it.

Hans working for a submission but Small is keeping him at bay.
Hans looking to control but Small is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Hans is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Small has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Hans quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Hans but it's paid off an Small is forced to tap! Nice work by Hans.

After winning the bout, Super Hans thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
