The judges for this bout are William Gold, Sam Margolis and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riddler waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract McCole.
Riddler throws an ugly left hook that misses
and McCole counters with a left and a right that stings Riddler.

Riddler closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. McCole quickly recovers to half guard.
Riddler trying to control the pace.
McCole is looking to escape.
Riddler throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
McCole blocking the ground and pound attempt from Riddler.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Riddler looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
McCole pushes Riddler off looking to stand but Riddler dives back in and keeps control.

Riddler is looking to advance position but McCole won't allow it.
McCole tries to kick Riddler off but Riddler keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Riddler works his foot free and advances to mount.
Riddler throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for McCole because Riddler loaded up on that one.
Riddler controlling the pace for now.
Riddler landing strikes, looking to finish!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Riddler breaks from McCole's wrist control and lands an elbow.
McCole trying desperately to get to his feet.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Riddler has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of McCole's face.
McCole really wants to buck Riddler off and get back to his feet.
Riddler putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
Riddler cracks McCole with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Riddler looking to control and managing it successfully.

McCole is squirming around, avoiding Riddler's attempts to control the action.
McCole is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Riddler looking to finish with strikes here!
Riddler takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Riddler lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Riddler lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

McCole is rocked!
Riddler loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have McCole scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Riddler land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Riddler stands and salutes the crowd.
