Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Theoran Fleury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Tripper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fleury kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Drake - Pound Cake (featuring Jay Z). The crowd seem to be enjoying Tripper's choice of entrance music: Disturbed - Land Of Confusion. Jack Tripper has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fleury misses with a body shot.
Fleury jabs Tripper right on the nose. Tripper blinks but takes it well.
Tripper ducks right into an uppercut from Fleury.

Fleury clobbers Tripper with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Jack Tripper has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Fleury swings for the body but Tripper moves out of range.

Tripper stuns Fleury with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

and Tripper counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Tripper postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Fleury is looking to regain half guard here but Tripper keeps moving and retains side control.

Fleury tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Tripper wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Tripper is looking to take a break and control but Fleury is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Fleury wants to control but Tripper is keeping busy and won't allow it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fleury is staying active underneath Tripper, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
We've been hearing good reports from Fleury's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Fleury is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Theoran Fleury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tripper fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Fleury checks it well.

Theoran Fleury is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Tripper drops Fleury with a straight right hand, right on the button! Tripper follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Jack Tripper spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
