Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Oven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). George Oven is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 11 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, George Oven!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alex James!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James shoots and misses
and Oven counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
James tries for a takedown but Oven circles away easily
and James takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Oven connects with a crisp jab.
James throws a series of punches but Oven moves out of range.

James bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
James throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
James looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Oven is avoiding damage well.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
James tries to score with some ground and pound. Oven controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Oven is trying to defend against the ground and pound but James scores with a couple of nice shots.

James wants to work for an arm triangle but Oven is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

James wants to stand and escape but Oven is having none of it.

Oven with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling James to score with a decent uppercut.

James tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Oven defends well and James ends up having to push Oven into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Oven seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.

Oven pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
James throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Oven.

James swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

James feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Oven has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

James postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
James throws an elbow that misses. Oven uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in James's guard. Nice move by Oven!

James is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Oven dives into side control.

A close second round but Alex James will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
