A jab lands there for Fields.

Fields takes the fight into the clinch.
Fields lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Fields gets through Collins's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Collins drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Fields gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Fields breaks the clinch.
John Collins seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fields with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Collins's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Collins duly obliges.
Fields lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Fields.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Collins is rocked!
Fields is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Collins flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Collins is out cold! Fields holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
