Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Atilla Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Momoshiro Kitsune (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khan comes to the cage accompanied by Killing In The Name. The crowd seem to be enjoying Kitsune's choice of entrance music: 僕はミス・テイク~. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Momoshiro Kitsune was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Atilla Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 1, fighting out of London, Momoshiro Kitsune!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kitsune dives in and scores a takedown into Khan's guard.
Kitsune prevents Khan from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kitsune landing some decent shots from guard.
Khan wants to get back to his feet but Kitsune is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Kitsune postures up in Khan's guard and throws a big left but Khan blocks it.
Kitsune stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Khan swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Kitsune wants to control from the top but Khan keeps moving.

Kitsune drops back looking for a leg! Khan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Khan manages to kick Kitsune off! Kitsune jumps back into Khan's guard.

Kitsune advances to half guard.

Khan is refusing to be controlled, as Kitsune sits in half guard.
Kitsune throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Kitsune seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Khan does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Kitsune passes to full mount!
Khan is trying to stand up.

A nice elbow there by Kitsune.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kitsune won't let Khan get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Khan trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.

Kitsune postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Khan looks a forlorn figure.
Kitsune connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Kitsune cracks Khan with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Khan is rocked!

Kitsune has control of Khan's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Khan regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Oh Khan is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Khan is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Khan seems to have got his legs back now.

Kitsune swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Momoshiro Kitsune!
During a confident post fight interview, Momoshiro Kitsune thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
