Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dodger Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Manson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Dodger Dog!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Charles Manson!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Phil Schofield and Richard Clark.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dog tries a head kick but it misses.
Manson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Dog looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Manson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Dog as he avoids it easily.
Dog just misses with a punch to the body.
Dog is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Dog misses the jab.
Dog scores with a crisp jab that stopped Manson in his tracks.
Dog throws a push kick but Manson slaps the foot to one side.
Dog scores with a head kick.


It looks like Charles Manson has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dog turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Dog tries to clinch up but Manson circles away and keeps his distance.
Manson has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Manson checks a low kick from Dog.
Manson misses with a two punch combination.

Dog fails in his attempt to clinch.
Manson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Dog throws a looping overhand right but Manson ducks down to avoid it.
Dog throws a leg kick that is checked
and Manson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.


It looks like Dodger Dog has been cut.
Dog swings widly with a right hand
and Manson counters with a left and a right that stings Dog.
Some wild striking there from Manson.
Manson moves away from the strike by Dog.
Manson uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Dog has time to react.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Dog throws an overhand right that lands on Manson's shoulder, as Manson tries to avoid the shot.
Manson walks into a left hand.
Manson throws a series of punches but Dog moves out of range.
Dog is looking to clinch but Manson is avoiding it.
Dog moves in looking to clinch but Manson pushes him off.

Dog rushes Manson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Dog throws a punch but it's blocked by Manson.
Dog lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Manson backwards.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Manson.
Manson blocks an uppercut.
Dog throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Mansons head.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Dog.
Dog has a couple of punches blocked by Manson.

Manson jumps guard and drags Dog to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Dog is looking to work some ground and pound but Manson has wrist control.

Manson has his foot on Dog's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dog works his way back into a safe position though.
Dog trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Dog postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Manson tries to strike from the bottom.

Dog wants to control from the top but Manson keeps moving.
Dog has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Dog throwing strikes but missing.
Dog lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Manson working a defensive guard but Dog manages to pass into side control anyway.
Manson manages to work his way to half guard, despite Dog's best efforts.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Manson is trying to control but can't.
Dog takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Manson slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Dog trying to control the position from guard on top but Manson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Dog stays in close to Manson's body and controls the position.

Manson keeping moving, preventing Dog from controlling successfully.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Manson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Dog is one step ahead there.
Manson has momentary wrist control but Dog slips an elbow through the middle.
Dog sitting in guard here, content to control.
Manson is looking to stand up but Dog isn't so interested in that idea.
Dog engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Dog postures up.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dodger Dog dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Dog misses with an uppercut
and Manson counters with a series of strikes. Dog will be more careful next time no doubt.
Manson tries for a takedown but Dog sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
A good leg kick by Dog.
Dodger Dog seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A jab from Dog finds it's way through Manson's defenses.
Manson takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dog lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Dog dodges the punch combination from Manson.
Dog ducks under a wild hook from Manson.
Dog has not gone for a single takedown so far in this fight, which seems like a very strange tactic when you consider that he has the superior wrestling and BJJ.

Dog closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Dog misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Dog scores with a nice hook to the head.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Manson has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Dog uses from the top position.
Dog is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Manson tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Dog looking to sit in guard and control but Manson gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Dog has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Manson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Dog trying to keep a closed guard but Manson is proving a slippery customer.

Manson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Manson is looking to stand up but Dog won't let him.
Manson tries to free his leg and advance position but Dog is retaining full guard.
Manson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Dog has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Manson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Manson wants to control from the top but Dog keeps moving.

Dog keeping full guard, as Manson tries to pass.
Manson tries to stand but Dog is controlling from the bottom.
Manson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Dog avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Dog had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Manson defends it easily.
Dog might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Dog tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Dog utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Dog is trying to control the position but Manson postures up.
Manson with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dog seems keen to control Manson's posture.
Dog lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Manson!
Dog wants to control the pace but Manson is squirming around nicely.

Dog tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Manson is looking to improve his position but Dog isn't that keen on the idea.

This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Dog cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Dog content just to control the position here.

Dog postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Manson looks a forlorn figure.
Manson swinging wildly from the bottom but he's not landing.
Dog with the ground and pound from mount.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Dog! Manson is hurt baaadly! Dog is firing away with more strikes - Manson is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:43 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dodger Dog!
