Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ken Hunt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janusz Smuda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunt's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, The Rains of Castamere (extended cut). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hunt instigates a clinch.
Hunt scores a nice knee to the body.
Hunt lands a left hand.

Hunt breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Hunt tries to close the distance and clinch but Smuda swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Hunt is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hunt looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Ken Hunt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Smuda is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hunt pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Hunt really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Hunt wants to clinch up but Smuda keeps it at a distance.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hunt moves in looking to clinch but Smuda pushes him off.

Hunt fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Hunt misses with a takedown attempt - Smuda sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Hunt is breathing heavily.
Hunt tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Smuda swats away the attempt to clinch by Hunt.

Hunt rushes Smuda and presses him up against the cage.
Smuda changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Hunt fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Hunt gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Smuda counters with a takedown into side control.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Hunt takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Smuda scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Hunt to see if he's OK.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Smuda in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

Hunt takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Smuda scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Hunt is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Smuda can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
