Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alex Santiago (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ming Ling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Santiago comes into the arena with You're Going Down blaring out of the sound system. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ling is trying to maintain the position but Santiago is very close to passing his half guard.

Ling is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Santiago defends well.
Ling should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Ling is looking for a triangle but Santiago pushes his legs off easily.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Ling is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Santiago is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Santiago distracts Ling with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Santiago seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Ling for as long as he can get away with.

Ling is bucking up trying to escape but Santiago cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Santiago softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Ling is out cold! Santiago jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
