Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Harvey Jackman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barry De Ruijte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackman comes to the cage accompanied by DMX - It's Dark & Hell Is Hot. Barry De Ruijte is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jackman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Jackman manages to get an easy takedown there - catching De Ruijte on his heels. He'll look to pass De Ruijte's guard now, I'm sure.

De Ruijte misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

De Ruijte is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Jackman drops down looking for an ankle pick but De Ruijte pulls his leg out and moves away.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
