Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aron Riddick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marius Zaromskis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Riddick 's entrance music is Proletar. A fine choice. Zaromskis has chosen Final Countdown as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riddick throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Zaromskis throws a head kick but Riddick moves out of range.
Riddick will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Riddick shoots in for a double leg but Zaromskis sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Zaromskis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Riddick shoots in looking for a takedown. Zaromskis tries to sprawl out of it but Riddick keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Zaromskis manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zaromskis wants to stand but Riddick is controlling the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Zaromskis wants to get back to his feet but Riddick is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

You get the feeling that Zaromskis really doesn't like being in this position too much.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Riddick won't let Zaromskis get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
