PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stromek Comatan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emaus Tamei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tamei has chosen PNG Pom City by Naka Blood as his entrance music. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Comatan looks to land a combination but Tamei avoids it well.
Tamei throws the kick towards the body but Comatan avoids it.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Tamei, right into the meat.

Comatan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

It looks like Emaus Tamei has been cut.

Tamei has been looking to improve his clinch game in recent weeks. So far he's outscoring his opponent in the clinch so it seems to have been worthwhile.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Tamei takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

No joy there for Comatan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Comatan is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Comatan has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

Tamei fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Comatan has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Comatan takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Tamei sends Comatan crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Tamei is motioning to the referee to let Comatan up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Oh Comatan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Tamei lands with a right to the head.
Tamei creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Comatan's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Comatan drops to his knees and Tamei pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
