The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zion looks to clinch
and Washington counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Washington.
Washington postures up in Zion's guard and throws a big left but Zion blocks it.

Washington is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Zion is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Zion has escaped and now he's on top!

Washington has hold of Zion's arm. He needs to escape this position sooner or later but for now he's happy enough to control the position and prevent the submission attempts.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Washington is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Zion lets go of the hold and Washington can pop his arm back in it's socket.
