The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bahulu bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Velasquez is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Bahulu asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Bahulu wants to control but Velasquez is keeping him busy.

Bahulu is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Velasquez knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Velasquez can't do much from the bottom here.

Bahulu has hold of Velasquez's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Velasquez seems comfortable defending it but Bahulu has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Velasquez is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Velasquez is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Bahulu couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ahmed Bahulu!
