The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick from Grzmotojad lands but Talvilahti takes it in his stride.

Talvilahti stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Grzmotojad swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Talvilahti throws a head kick but Grzmotojad moves out of range.

Grzmotojad fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Talvilahti has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Mieszko Grzmotojad seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Grzmotojad throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Talvilahti is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Grzmotojad moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
