The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jigster scoring well with a low kick there.
Franklin Jigster seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jigster tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Witt counters with a single leg into guard. Jigster didn't expect that.
Witt will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Jigster trying to keep a closed guard but Witt is proving a slippery customer.
Witt is posturing up here but Jigster has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Witt tries to roll out but it's too tight and Witt has to tap! Slick submission there by Jigster!
