PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Kicker Blower (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mitt Poligamy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kicker Blower had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 266.0lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Kicker Blower looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poligamy throws a right hand that misses
and Blower counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Mitt Poligamy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Poligamy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Blower wants to clinch up but Poligamy keeps it at a distance.
Poligamy will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Blower doesn't manage to clinch there - Poligamy circles away.

and Blower counters with a body kick that stops Poligamy in his tracks momentarily.
Poligamy should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

and Blower makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Poligamy really felt that one!

A head kick from Blower lands but Poligamy takes it in his stride.
Blower moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.

Blower scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Poligamy to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.

and Blower counters with a right, followed by a huge uppercut that sends Poligamy crashing to the mat! Poligamy is trying to use the ropes to get back to his feet but he's all over the place - the referee has seen enough and has stopped the fight! Blower screams with a mixture of joy and relief, whilst celebrating with his cornermen.
