Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kazuzki Sakuraba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goshko Nanh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kazuzki Sakuraba could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Goshko Nanh's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nanh misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Sakuraba shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Sakuraba showed some decent athleticism there.

Sakuraba wants to work for an arm triangle but Nanh is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Nanh moves into full guard.
Nanh preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Sakuraba trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Nanh really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sakuraba. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sakuraba stuffs the takedown attempt from Nanh. Nanh gets slowly back to his feet.

Sakuraba drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Nanh tries to bench press Sakuraba off him but Sakuraba keeps the position.

Sakuraba connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Nanh some visible discomfort.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Sakuraba lands a nice short elbow.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Sakuraba connects with a nice short shot to Nanh's temple.

Nanh should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Nanh has hold of Sakuraba's hands but Sakuraba slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

Sakuraba lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Nanh is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Sakuraba scores with a couple of nice shots.
Sakuraba wants to free his trapped foot but Nanh is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Nanh wants to get back to full guard.

Sakuraba winds up and cracks Nanh with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Sakuraba is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Nanh is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
