Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Robinson Cruzo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Delone Braune!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Felipe Paraventi and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Braune tries a head kick but it misses.
Braune misses with a two punch combination.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cruzo is defended easily by Braune.
Cruzo blocks a head kick by Braune.
Braune lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Robinson Cruzo has been cut.
Braune leaves Cruzo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Cruzo controls Braune momentarily but Braune frees himself.

Braune works over Cruzo with some ground and pound from guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Braune stands up from Cruzo's guard - Braune perhaps looking for a knockout.
Braune looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Braune rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cruzo moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Braune connects with a right hand. Cruzo shakes it off.
Cruzo tries to land a front kick but Braune steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Braune misses with a head kick.
Cruzo doesn't manage to clinch there - Braune circles away.
Braune shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Cruzo eats them both and turns towards Braune to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Braune looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Braune will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cruzo loads up on a big right hand but Braune slips the punch.
A clash of legs there as Cruzo blocks the low kick.
Braune tries to work over Cruzo's front leg with a kick but Cruzo checks it.
Delone Braune seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Braune throws a leg kick but Cruzo moved away.
Braune looks to land a combination. Cruzo sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Braune tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cruzo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Braune swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Braune throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Cruzo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Braune is in Cruzo's guard.
Braune postures up.
Cruzo is breathing heavily.
Cruzo preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Braune gets to his feet - Cruzo follows without any prompting.
Braune misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

and Braune counters with a shoot takedown. Cruzo fights it but they end up in guard.
Braune stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Braune lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Braune.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Cruzo counters with a nice body kick.
Cruzo throws a leg kick but Braune sees it coming and checks it nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Delone Braune dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's time! Cruzo's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Braune instigates a clinch.
Cruzo is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Braune gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Braune drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Cruzo gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Cruzo tries a knee to the head but Braune blocks it.

Cruzo misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Cruzo scores a nice knee to the body.

Braune wants to break free but Cruzo has control.
Braune's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Oooooh!!! Braune has knocked Cruzo down with a huge combo! Braune steps away and waves a wobbly Cruzo back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Braune has Cruzo up against the cage in a clinch.
Oh Cruzo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cruzo is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Braune to keep the fight standing.
Braune manages to break the clinch.
Cruzo seems to have got his legs back now.
Braune avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Cruzo misses with a takedown attempt - Braune sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Braune Rushes Cruzo and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Cruzo is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Braune Piles on the pressure and Cruzo crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
