Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris Infamous (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Meyer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Infamous will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Infamous tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Meyer swivels and escapes.

Meyer moves into the clinch.
Meyer with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Meyer wants a takedown.
Infamous tries to pull guard but Meyer won't allow it.

Meyer drags the fight down to the ground.
Infamous wants to pass the guard but Meyer is keeping the position.

Infamous drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Infamous jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Meyer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Infamous. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Meyer wants to get back to his feet but Infamous is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Meyer closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Meyer is keen to just control but Infamous is a slippery customer.

Meyer closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Meyer is taking a breather. Infamous says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Infamous is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Meyer pulls his head out easily.
Meyer slows the pace down in half guard.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Infamous shoots and misses

and Meyer decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Infamous's guard.
Meyer wants to control from the top but Infamous keeps moving.
Meyer must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Meyer pushes down on Infamous's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Meyer tries to stand and escape but Infamous is controlling the position.
Meyer is looking to stand up but he'll have to free his leg first. Instead, Infamous manages to get to full guard.

Infamous throws his legs up looking for a submission but Meyer uses it to pass to side control.

Meyer decides to stand back up. Meyer steps back and let's Infamous get back to his feet.

Meyer fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Infamous, pushing him back against the cage.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Infamous is trying to stall.
Infamous jumps guard but Meyer stands there with Infamous around his waist. Infamous gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Meyer connects with a nasty looking knee right to Infamous's face.

Infamous manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Infamous has hold of Meyer's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Meyer manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Infamous wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.
