Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Fujiwara.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suya fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hoeberl has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Suya lands with a kick to the temple. Hoeberl shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

Suya has taken the fight to the clinch.

Hoeberl is looking to break free of the clinch but Suya has double underhooks.

We've been hearing reports that Hoeberl has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Hoeberl tries to clinch up but Suya pushes him back against the ropes and lands another monster strike that crumples Hoeberl to the mat! Hoeberl covers up and Suya unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Kanchai Suya was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
