Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vaimaa Fatu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Evan Horizon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fatu comes to the ring accompanied by So Close Now. Horizon has chosen Bring your whole crew as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Evan Horizon was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Evan Horizon!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A clash of legs there as Horizon blocks the low kick.
Horizon tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Horizon explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Fatu.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Horizon.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Fatu.
Fatu fails to land the takedown.
Fatu blocks a head kick by Horizon.
Fatu lets loose with a powerful body kick. Horizon will feel that in the morning.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Horizon throws a low kick but it's checked well by Fatu.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Fatu crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Horizon - the referee stops the clock and Fatu gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Horizon. Fatu manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Some bone on bone action there as Fatu checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Fatu wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Horizon takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Horizon is looking to clinch.
Fatu takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
A chopping leg kick lands by Fatu.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Horizon pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Horizon closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fatu circles away.

Horizon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fatu stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Horizon lands a really nice looking cross but Fatu seems unphased.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
