Mousasi's entrance music is ZERO ONNNNNEEEEEEEEE. A fine choice. Russell Bell has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Gegard Mousasi's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mousasi lands a nice shot that snaps Bell's head back.
Mousasi throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Bell sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Nice takedown defense from Mousasi. No joy for Bell on that attempt.
Bell misses with an attempted mid kick.
Mousasi fails with the takedown.
Mousasi shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Bell is trying to stand.
Mousasi throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Mousasi in particular looking to stall.

Bell tries to close the distance and clinch but Mousasi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Mousasi scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Bell displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mousasi throws out the jab.

Bell is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Mousasi shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bell's guard.

Bell drops down looking for an ankle pick but Mousasi pulls his leg out and moves away.
Gegard Mousasi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Russell Bell.
Mousasi shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Mousasi was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Russell Bell's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Russell Bell's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
