Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Curtis Angel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Bags (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe Bags will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters circling a little - Bags finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Angel takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Angel clinches up with Bags and pushes him back against the cage.
Bags tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Angel jumps guard and drags Bags to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Angel is trying to keep Bags in close.

Bags drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Angel manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Bags has Angel in his guard.
Angel throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Angel pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Bags is keeping the position for now.

Angel with a flurry of punches that miss.
Bags preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

Angel would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Angel works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Angel works his foot free and advances to mount.

Angel is standing up, even though he is in mount.
Angel is looking to clinch but Bags is avoiding it.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bags will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Angel wants to clinch up but Bags keeps it at a distance.

Curtis Angel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Angel darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

Angel decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Angel shoots in looking for a takedown but Bags manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Angel's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Angel drives through with a takedown into Bags's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Angel wants to control from the top but Bags keeps moving.
Angel slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Angel keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bags's head.
Bags looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Angel makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Angel stands up and waves to Bags to follow him.

Angel throws out a leg kick but Bags moves out of range and Angel only half commits.
Curtis Angel is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Angel misses with a head kick.
Bags shoots for a double leg takedown but Angel sprawls well. He's pushed Bags's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Sloppy strikes from Angel. Those never looked like landing.

Angel has managed to clinch.
Bags avoids the elbow strike from Angel, against the cage.

Angel manages to break the clinch.
Bags shoots in but no luck this time.
Nice sprawl there from Angel as Bags shoots in.
Curtis Angel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Bags.
OH! Bags has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Angel smells blood and charges in for the finish! Angel unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Bags sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
